What Would You Do, If a Strange Shopper Slapped Your Child?

Georgian Roger Stephens faces felony child assault charges for slapping a two-year-old girl in a local WalMart store earlier this week.

Apparently, the child was crying in an aisle of the store. The man told the mother to quiet her child. An aisle or two later, he grabbed the wailing youngster and smacked her several times in the face.

They weren't even in the checkout line. He just went up and hit her.
